This is an awesome veterinarian hospital and impeccable customer service. Dr. Bob is so pleasant, gentle, and caring for all animals. His staff makes your pet visit a warm experience. Your pet leaves the hospital feeling healed even though a medical healing process have to be administered per doctor orders when they arrive home. Coursey Blvd Animal Hospital 4LIFE.

A few weeks ago our 9 year old Cocker Spaniel was rushed to the emergency vet. We were advised to take her immediately to her primary vet when they opened the next morning @ 7am. The next morning, she was at Coursey Blvd Animal Hospital where the staff treated her as one of their own. She had emergency surgery and spent 3 days recuperating in the best care possible. We were called numerous times daily to be updated on her condition, and was allowed to visit when we wanted. Dr. Marshall literally saved our pups life. She is not only a member of our family, but the vet staff as well. We have been called periodically to by the staff and the vet to check on her progress and to make sure all is going well since she was released. We have never had a bad experience with this vet, and always receive the best care possible. Everything that is done is explained thoroughly, and all precautions are taken when dealing with the safety and health of our pet. I want to thank Dr. Bob and his staff again for all you guys have done and it is greatly appreciated

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
