After my husband arrived holding our 6o lb dog in his arms while he cried out in pain, this office staff was more concerned with taking the other customers money. After a wait of about 20 min with a crying dog, he unfortunately got stuck with Dr. Lush. My dog was barely touched and the vet kept stating that his injuries were due to road rash, after 2 x-rays which were only done from 1 view (most qualified vets would do 2 views) she sent our dog home recommending a few weeks of rest and "pain medication", that I later found out was equivalent to ibuprofen. We took our dog for a 2nd opinion and found out he has a fracture where the hip & pelvis meet. When we confronted Heartland and told the owner (Dr. Vance) we wanted a refund and sent him the new x-rays & a statement from our vet as proof. He chuckled... and denied all responsibility. He also made the statement "we're just a small town vet" as though he were trying to admit that he and his establishment were not competent. Take your animals ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
