This vet gets 1 start, just because zero isn't an option. Every time I went to Dr. Taylor, I felt like I was being "upsold" and that the prices were unecessarily high. Well, compared to other vets in town (and elsewhere), they ARE not only high, but they suggest extra tests that are considered unnecessary by other vets. The last straw was when they substituted shampoo for my dog's liquid pain medication, and then they told me I probably grabbed the wrong bottle (this is a prescription that has his name on it!!!!). Then, when I asked for the name of their distributor, just to confirm that they were still getting the same product (other vets in the area told me it was discontinued), they gave me a one-word nickname instead of the distributor's real name, called me honey, and acted like I was out of line for inquiring about the health and safety of my pet. I'll tell you what; when a vet questions me for being concerned about the health of my pet, something is TERRIBLY WRONG!!
