We have relied on this clinic, for actually 2 generations! In years past it was large animal, now for my parents small dog. They have "saved" her and now her quality of life is wonderful. They have always gone above and beyond in her care (which translates to my parents well being).

punitive pricing, poor service and BAD FOR HORSES
RE:small animal services, the Ark Vet Clinic will charge you $10.00/pet to update your pets' records when you buy flea/heartworm meds via an online pharmacy, such as www.AllVetMed.com, www.drsfostersmith.com, etc. Dr. Randolph: "To be blunt, I don't like online pharmacies."
After spending more than $1,000 with his clinic in the past 18 months, he still refused to process my Rx's without a $30 service fee.
RE:large animal services. In Dec 2011. he euthanized my horse and was completely incompetent. He didn't know what he was doing, but failed to refer me to another vet. Did I get a discount? NO! But, hey, I'm still supposed to be a loyal customer.
IT IS WORTH THE GAS TO DRIVE ELSEWHERE!

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
