Dr. Lorrie and Dr. Lisa are great. Very smart, and great with our old kitty (only child). Nice staff, friendly office, reasonably short wait to see them. Great at helping find solutions for health and behavior issues, to avoid surgery, expensive tests, etc. where they can. And the cat likes them both (as much as a cat can like a vet), so it reduces both of our stress levels when we go there.

A word to the wise make sure you do your homework on your dog before going to this place. They are con artists. They are very nice people, but it's for a reason, to sell you things not needed and try and perform surgeries that are not needed. They tried to claim my 2 year old dog needed updated shots, even though she just received her shots 2 months ago. They claimed that she didn't receive booster shots so we need booster shots 4 weeks after receiving her shots now. So odd that booster shots are for puppies not 2 year old dogs. They also talked down to me about my trainer, saying "Trainers are great with obedience but didn't go to vet school." Really? I didn't know that you genius, and thanks for insulting me, my dog, and my trainer. I've already discussed the events with 2 of my friends who use this facility, both are discontinuing taking their pets there. It's pretty disheartening how hard it is to trust anyone these days, especially when it involves the care of your family member. They went from my dog having a partially cracked nail to needing surgery by taking 1 look at it. They also lied to me saying they called the past vet, then told me they called the president of the company I got the dog from and said she "Agreed she needed new shots." I called her right when I left and she wanted to call them and go off for lying. Again these people were really nice and give a great front, but just know that they are definitely putting on a smiley face while sticking their hands into your pocket for anything they can get. They said I needed to also get a kennel cough shot for my dog. I've never kenneled my dog and she wasn't needing to stay overnight for the surgery, so why would I need a kennel shot? This place has a bunch of really nice saleswomen, but I prefer to take my animals to a caring vet who knows what they are doing. Be wary of this place.
