Doc is kind, generous with his time, and down to earth. Phone calls holding, scheduling, wait times, all the issues are office related. Doc, you need a new office manager, hope you don't have to fire your wife!! LOL

Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home.
The problem is being able to make an appointment. I called twice this week, once to be put on hold for 15min, and I have currently been on hold for the past 18minutes and I am still holding!
