Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
