The examining rooms at their office were not very clean. I was pretty grossed out that they weren't kept up better. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I don't think I will be recommending this animal hospital to anyone I know. They didn't really meet my standards, and I don't think they would meet my friends' or families' either. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They are not good at communication with customers, direct and rude. They misdiagnosed my pet and didn't do all they could to find out was wrong so I had to go to another veterinarian and they figured it out and it was fatal.
