The vet there was rude and did not seem to care for my pet that I took in. He seemed dismissive to any questions or concerns I had. After that I never went back, I switched to a different pet care provider because of him.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?
Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
Was this animal hospital's staff friendly?
Yes, they went above and beyond
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, they didn't carry the medicine I was looking for

No, they could have used some continuing education

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No, I left frustrated and confused
