They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
