The staff is often rude. the last straw was when my daughter brought in a dying snake and they made her wait to see a vet while she bawled her eyes out over the snake. I don't think the doctors care particularly about the animals they treat. sorry i won't go back. ps the snake died!

I have been with my son on several occasions to Dublin Animal Hospital as he had a brain injury several years ago and does not always understand what he is told. He has always been treated nicely by the staff but rudely by the vet. Today he had to have his pet euthanized. We were all extremely upset by this. The procedure went very well. As we were leaving the vet was extremely rude to us. My son was very emotional and should not have had to deal with this as well as losing his pet. The vet knows his job but has no tact or compassion. Needless to say this is the last time any of us will visit this facility.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
