We have always had non human members of our family. That is why choosing a vet is always important to me and my husband. They are the same as any other members of our family and we made a committment to them when we adopted them. East Paulding Animal Hospital is the best vet practice we have taken our dogs, cats and other non human family members to maintain and treat them when needed.There are 6 vets at the practice who are the best around. We have always used Dr. Ken and Dr. Heather Weggenhart. They have been with us through happy times and some very sad times.I trust them 1000000%.
East Paulding Animal Hospital is always busy. They are so busy that the coverage of the many tasks of working in the front office area is chaotic. There is no dedicated receptionist that I am aware of. When calling the three or four people who answer the phone often say "Thank you for calling East Paulding Animal Hospital, If this is not an emergency could you please hold'. When you are placed on hold, it is just dead air. I am not sure just how long I should hold. I am never sure if I have been dropped or if I am still on hold. It would help tremendously to have some music or advertisement while on hold. The need of an updated communication system would help tremendously. Other than the office people Jaimie the practice has the very best veterinarians and techs around. I would never go to any other practice. The chaos of the front office can be addressed and revised to become streamlined and make the vet practice the very best

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
