extremely bad service. Doctor did not appear to no what she was doing or how to handle emergency situations. Office is extremely unsanitary. I was told by the technician there is no one aloud in the exam as she demanded I give her my dog to be taken to see the doctor. I firmly replied no that I need to see what is going on. To my shock there was rooms for owners to be seen with their pets. It smelled as if they tried to clean quickly knowing someone was coming back to the room. During the exam tech pulled out a dirty thermometer no petroleum gel or plastic cover over it and shoved it hard in my dogs butt. who let out a big scream and she said that's normal eh no its not. left with my dog in worse condition then when I walked it someone should shut them down. animals have germs things should be sanitary. while I was there another guy came in talking about they had expressed a bump on his dog and now its back and bigger well that's because you have to lance the bump and get the seed out or it will come back.... Shut them down this woman is ridiculous I am looking for numbers I can call and report them.

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Yes, It was like a circus! It was so chaotic I thought the vet was going to pull their hair out!!

Not if my life depended on it

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Not really, it was a little upsetting

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
Absolutely not, I was horrified at how insensitive they were.

The truth about this place needs to be exposed. The vet is very rude and refuses to listen. Quick to judge and seems more concerned about money then the well being of animals. Horrible people skills and seems to become aggitated quickly. After how my family was treated I will never go back there again.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question. Our dog of 15 years starded gettting very sick and Dr.Lee and all the staff was very kind and understanding that my son was not ready to let him go yeat, and even prescribe some medicines to help our chewey feel a little better a week later my son had to take him back there and put him to sleep. For my son this was a very hard decision. I thank Dr. Lee and all the staff for helping us

My brothers dog got hit by a car around 10:30. I called to make sure they were opened (as I was going to have him euthanized since he was incapable of standing (hind quarters, and was frothin blood and leaking blood through his nose, also had laboring breathing and was seizing) i just put on pants and flew down, before I was even off the phone she was quoting prices. When I got down there I explained what had happened. That I didnt have a Credit Card, (I only have a Debit card that had 9$ in it) and that I would do WHATEVER to ease his suffering. NAME, PHONE NUMBER, LICENSE, ADDRESS,(if they had asked for the vehicle title I would have given it to them!) and they REFUSED helping him because They needed someone "FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE" for the Bill. The Dog is DYING PAINFULLY. Help him and I Will DO whatever necessary to MAKE SURE you get your money, was how I felt. But they REFUSED. They have FORGOTTEN WHY THEY BECAME VETS. Specially Emergency VETS. The front nurse looked sick. The one calling the Shots stayed in her little office. Dont Go there, ITS A BUSINESS and only that to them(as I heard the lady in the back say, "this is a business") if you dont have the $$$$$$ to line their pockets right away. If you have an Emergency and find yourself low or with no Cash. They will turn you and your pet away. My Dog died after quite awhile of suffering the ride there and back. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Yes, they treat their staff with respect
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Does this veterinarian offer emergency after-hour services?
Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
