Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

No, he/she did not appear to care very much

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They have always been gentle with my animals. Have accommodated me for appointment times, especially emergencies when they have taken them immediately. Dr. Oliver is knowledgeable. With dying pets he is compassionate.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
