My journey with weight loss
I just want to thank Carol for all her help, I really did not think it was working for me at first, so I struggled with the whole NOT being on a diet thing. But it does work, I’ve been on diets my whole life. They all worked for me, but I gained the weight back. So I was ready to find a life style change. That is when I found Carol. I’m learning how to eat, I really never knew how to do. I was a big and junk food eater and loved to snack, I’ve lost 27 pounds and 20 of the pounds were fat. I do not have far to go and I can eat anything I want. I love the journey that I’m on.
