They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting this doctor. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I'm so relieved! I really felt 'heard'. They listened to me and asked lots of questions. I thoroughly enjoyed coming to Haverford Wellness for treatment. I spent years trying to figure out what was wrong with me, and everyone there wasted no time in helping me get healthier. I had been to multiple doctors prior to Haverford, and the doctors here were the first to not need me to teach them about the disease, as well as the first to actually teach me something. They are extremely knowledgeable, and will take the time to explain to you why they are choosing to medically treat you a certain way. I was shocked at how much time each staff member, doctors included, spent with me. A lot of the time was unnecessary to my treatment; they did it simply because they cared. We traveled 4 hours every day to get iv treatment, and while it was definitely difficult, I wouldn’t ever do it differently. The offices closer to me did not have the knowledge, or capability to treat me with iv antibiotics. The years I was sick, along with the 6 months of daily iv treatment was one of the worst experiences I’ve gone through. But, seeing the smiling faces of Haverford Wellness every day, and knowing they actually truly cared about me made the difficult experience so much better.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
DR. BRACCIA' BELIEVING IN MY SYMPTOMS, AND FINDING OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME AND THEN TREATING ME SAVED MY LIFE. AND SAVED MY FAMILY. I OWE AM ETERNALLY GREATFUL TO HIM FOR GIVING ME MY LIFE BACK. MY FOUR YEAR OLD TWINS ARE SO HAPPY TO HAVE THEIR MOMMY BACK.

I absolutely love this dr. and his staff. I would go back in a heartbeat if only I had the resources. They are kind and compassionate and Dr. B. is very knowledgeable.
