The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I will definitely recommend their products to people I know; I was very happy with them. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.
