They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I know I can always count on them. I learned so much and I'm now confident that I can make healthy food choices on my own. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation.
They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. The food plan they created for me was a little confining. It was hard to eat at a restaurant or while traveling yet, this forced me to get creative and make lunch/snacks at home ahead of time :)

Absolutely. They were always there to encourage and support me

I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.

Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Not all of my questions were answered during our session. I would have liked more info. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
