Hands down the best treatment from doctors, nursing and the hospital stay I've ever experienced in my life. I just had my 2 year follow up and my surgeon sat with me for an hour listening to all my concerns, I know that they are on a tight schedule but he never once looked at his watch and he worked with me on a solution. Love my surgeon and love the nutritionists. Everyone is great. There is one somewhat abrasive scheduling person, but it's a minor irritant out of all the amazing people that work there.

The doctors, dieticians, etc. seem to know what they are doing, but their ridiculous processes, scheduling and general laziness is troubling.

They hold "Classes" at awkward, irregular times, give you a book of check-off scripted tasks that are not customized to your needs.

Yes, they referred me to someone who really helped me

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Not at all! There's absolutely no way I could've met my health goals on my own
