They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They didn't judge me at all and went out of their way to make me feel respected. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
