Their staff is very friendly and professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. All of my questions were answered during our session. I learned a lot. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
