Tried his program in the 90's and was very successful losing 90 pounds. Plan works if you stick to it and exercise. Walking will do. I am older and starting it again so will see. Bad side is that it is so expensive and not covered by Insurance.
Stacy, the daughter is not too friendly or encouraging for the Weight Loss as her specialty is Facials, Botox, etc. She needs her own office as she is intimidating for the fat girls....lol

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
