I was with this office for over 10 years. At first I loved them... when I was healthy. As my health started to decline their limitations started to show through. Instead of listening to my concerns they were very quick to sign me up for more blood work and try to placate me with antidepressants. At one point they even sent me for complicated bloodwork without telling me that the lab they were sending me to was not in my network, so I ended up eating a $1500 bill for bloodwork I would've turned down had I been warned I wouldn't have been covered. Eventually, in search of what was wrong with me, I ended up having to seek out a cardiologist on my own initiative who found that I actually do have a serious and life long heart condition. The symptoms were all there as was the family history. I saw 3 of the nurse practitioners at Henderson's office and none of them caught it, the last one I saw just spoke over me when I tried to talk about arrhythmias. A doc from my new office noticed it as soon as he listened to my chest and did further testing to confirm diagnosis. Henderson's office truly let me down and will no longer be serving me or my family. I was sick and miserable for 2 years with a very legitimate condition and they did everything to convince me it was all in my head. Sloppy sloppy sloppy.
