Dietitians that I’ve had in the past just gave me a plan and expected me to follow it...that didn't work for me. Erica cares way beyond regular office hours and goes out of her way to help. She is very knowledgeable, stern when needed, and is a truly loving person who cares deeply for other clients. She is supportive and always has creative new ideas. She inspires me with big stars, a red carpet, & pom-poms. I love having Erica as my dietitian she is so real, so understanding and non-judgmental. I highly recommend!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

I am 67 years old and had struggled with my eating most of my life. My Doctor (Cameron Woodlief) told me I needed to loose weight or I would be in trouble. He sent me to Natalie and I am so glad he did. I seen her in October and she sit down with me and we talked at length about diet. We did not talk about not eating, but eating right. We talked about eating the right foods and exercise. I started my new eating habits and exercise on October 24th and today is January 16th; about 10 weeks ago. So far I have lost several inches in my waist and a total ot 38 pounds. It has not been easy, but it has become a new way of eating for me. I have adjusted to this better than I thought I would. I would highly reccommend Ms. Stephens. She turned my life around.
