They told me that they take my insurance coverage for $3000. When they found out they are not, they would not tell me. For only two office visits they charged $1996.66 and told me sorry that you found out you don't get $3000 coverage from your insurance. You can get me 10 more customers, then I will give you discount! Otherwise, if you switch to other honest providers, you already lost $1996.66 from me, you are better off to stay with me and get me more customers. This is the only win-win for you!! They are the most greedy orthodontists in the world. When I asked him why you lied about the coverage, he said "Insurance lied to him!!", when I asked him why you charged me $1996.66 for only two visits out of total $5500 treatment, he said he is in title for 25%....but that is way more than 25%. Douchebag! Her is so proud that he graduated from Hartford and uses his wife, Dr. Hsieh, to get victim to earn his share by lying. That is the only skill he has on the table.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. My beautiful teeth are all the results I need to recommend them to everyone I know in need of an orthodontist. They were great. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

Dr. Hsieh was wonderful! She was informative and spoke with me in a manner in which I could understand while being patient with me to answer every question I had with precise details. The office is very clean and the office staff are professional and extremely courteous and helpful. I had to cancel my intial appointment at the last minute which was no problem and I was immediately rescheduled at my earliest concenience. Because I have a young child I had evry difficult scheduling needs which were met without hesitation. My insurance covered 50% of my 16-18 months committment for braces. I did not shop around but the price did seem a bit much but if you really "pay for what you get" then Dr. Hsieh was worth every penny.
