I came to a FREE emotional eating workshop and I thought she was talking directly to me. I have been suffering with my weight for 32 years. They were kind, non-judgemental and best of all there plan worked. I am now down 100 lbs and I have a new lease on life thanks to the coaches at Look At Me Now.
