I've been going here for over a decade. (That should tell you something.) In addition to the work itself, the setting is wonderful; comfortable, spotless, not overly fancy, plush, or cluttered. I'm always asked if the temperature is right. The music (or none) is my choice. The amount, and direction of conversation, or the quietude is under my control.
There is nothing negative whatsoever.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Did the massage therapist use clean sheets?
Yes! They looked brand new!

Not at all! They were the perfect temperature
