We had already hit our deductible prior to our appointment on March 7th and overpaid. This is not the part that upsets me, we met the deductible the day before our appointment and our information had already been run. Totally cool..

The problem is that I have been trying to get my refund since 3/23. I made my initial call on 3/23 and left a voicemail... with no return phone call. I called back on 3/26 and was told that someone in billing left the company and the sole person now responsible was behind so please excuse the delay and that they would have her call me back. At this point I am already upset because I had left a message with no return call and ask them to ensure that I get a call back that day. I NEVER got a call back so I called on the 27th and finally get in touch with her. She advises that I can expect the refund in two weeks and they will let me know when it goes out in about a week.

I waited until 4/6 (a week and a half later) to call back because I hadn't heard anything. This time I am told that they are behind in their refunds and there is a small delay. I call back on 4/12 and leave another voicemail.... NOTHING NO RESPONSE!

Call back again on the 13th and get the billing voicemail again so I called the line to "make an appointment" I was put on hold for about 15 mins and the lady who was on the phone tried telling me that the billing person told me the day prior that there is still a delay. NOT TRUE.. and I inform her of the lack of customer service I have received with no return calls and that this is not true. She basically called me a liar and said that they were signing checks the next day.

Today I call back and was told that the checks SHOULD go out next week. BS

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

I did not find Dr. Rodgers to be the expert in cosmetic procedures that she led me to believe she was. She sold me a procedure quite cavalierly without telling me about the possible side effects, or what to do to avoid them. When I had negative side effects she did not know how to take care of them, and kept pretending that everything was okay. She did try to make me happy when I persisted, but she did not have the knowledge necessary. Over a year later I am still trying to cure the side effects.
