They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Excellent service. Caring staff. My problem was diagnosed and I was markedly improved. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely peofessional and comfortable everything is in this clinic. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I'm much improved.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

I was diagnosed and taken care after many years of severe pain. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting patients first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. My quality of life improved mofe thank 90%.

My name is Maria Cavazos and I live in Pasadena Texas. I am glad to use my real in case anyone wishes to contact me about this doctor. Dr. Pappolla's service, knowledge and caring attitude were outstanding. He took care of my pain after numerous failures my other providers. I have a life back.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I was able to get an appointment right away.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and willing to do what it takes, and help make the whole experience that much better. The gal (Denise) at the front desk was amazingly patient, friendly and funny. THANK YOU!!!

The doctor seemed to know what he was talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Would I recommend this doctor? Probably not. Why? Because he got upset with the staff in front of me which was very unprofessional, but they took it with a smile and I respect that (he couldn't find his stethoscope, I think that is what I understood).

Anyhow, he is good at what he does but he needs to learn to be a little nicer to both his staff and his patients.
