Very attentive, personal, and informative. I used to get chronic headaches until I started seeing Dr. Melissa. Everyone in the office is wonderful and I recommend her and Dr. Charity to everyone!

Super thorough and gets to the pain quickly. Love her and the staff. Very accommodating on getting you in when you need to get in for an appointment. It has opened up two locations which is great because it’s closer to my home. Very reasonably priced too especially if you have HSA accounts. 💓

She is hands down the best chiropractor I have ever had. She is willing to work with you where you are at. She is personable and she is insightful. I will never go anywhere again, Her schedule works well and always going out of her way to make sure that her patients have the best experience.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. Dr Melissa made sure every single question I had was answered. Dr. Melissa is a great and gentle chiropractor who has a great passion and knowledge for what she does. She isn't your run of the mill "back pain" chiropractor-although she certainly fixed my neck pain and headache. She has advanced training in chiropractic neurology, so she can offer guidance and treatment for issues like fertility problems, ADHD, and functional imbalances.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Melissa does it all, she's her own staff person, so you know your questions, concerns, and insurance questions are answered by her! Knowing all aspects of what's going on in her practice. She is so warm and professional, and makes the whole experience that much better. I don't understand the last review, she doesn't have staff, and the building is extremely easy to find, and as many times as I have been there, no one has ever been rushed out the door! Are they sure they have the right Back To Action?!?
