The worst possible agency you would ever have the misfortune of using!! Nurses....rude, lack compassion, not friendly! Their administration....doesn't care! Stay away! Company is no longer a hospice/palliative care service, it's a conglomeration and does not care at all who they hire, nor do they care about their clients/patients!!

I was so pleased that this service was available to my father-in-law in our time of need. The services that were provided were of a caring, polite and informative nature. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Anytime my family or friends had questions or felt that we needed anything, they were happy to help. I would recommend this facility and this hospice care for anyone that wants the best care and compassion for the end of life needs. There home health care was flawless and took care of all needs as well.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
