They made sure every question I had was answered, and they were always available if I thought of any more. They have a hospice nurse available 24/7 for any unexpected needs that may arise. Everyone on the staff was friendly, compassionate and caring. They are so warm and professional, and made the whole experience as good as it could be. My father was under their care for well over a year, so we experienced all that Ashanti had to offer. During that time his health declined significantly, but they were always there comforting him. It didn't make any difference whether dad needed spiritual or physical care they always made me feel comfortable that he was getting the proper attention. They even had volunteers that would visit dad simply to talk to him. If and when the time comes for my mother to need Ashanti care, there will be no hesitation on my part to make the call.

The Ashanti staff were very caring and easy to talk with. They listened to my concerns and answered all questions very thoroughly. They are extremely passionate about the work they do. I would recommend them to anyone considering hospice services in Northwest Ohio!
