She is a very rude person who only cares about sales. DO NOT TRUST HER WITH YOUR FAMILY AND DO NOT WORK FOR HER. It is sad to see such fake mean people in charge of important things. I hope the company realizes or cares what kind of monster is running the place.

Somewhat, it didn't smell very good

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
