Found cockroaches crawling over my deceased dads body. Couldn't believe it. This facility is not fit for a dog. Unless it has fleas.

Am reading glowing reviews about how wonderful the treatment is and how easy the OFFICE was to find.
this is most surprising as i have been told by them, that they only treat palliative patients admitted to the hospital.
I have a TERMINAL illness , am sitting here crying because it seems i have been willfully left out of treatment that at one time, made a difference in my quality of life. Now i suffer in pain, and my family does not get the luxury of having me around, or understanding the whole process. So whats the deal?
