My husband was on Seasons of Life home care for 7 weeks before dying in June. Nursing care was good.
Unfortunately the billing department is inept. I Have spent too many hours trying to fix insurance issues due to their mistakes. The problem has been their biller who is part time submitted claims as out of network.They have been using wrong facility ID number .
This issue has been ongoing for over 7 months and no end in site.
Unfortunately following the directions of the biller has resulted in more confusion with our insurance and anxiety for me at the worst time of my life due to loosing my soulmate.
I would look elsewhere for care for your loved ones if you want to avoid concerns over financial dealings that should never have occurred. It is a shame because other care and assistance given was good. But not worth the financial concerns still dealing with 6 months later.

When faced with a difficult decision to put a loved one in hospice care, we could not have picked a better place. Several years ago my mother was at Seasons of Life. She received such wonderful, caring, compassionate care while there. I would highly recommend Seasons of Life to anyone who is in a situation where they need hospice care.
