Dr.Ben is extremely competent, a good listener, and a caring practitioner. He takes the time to not only adjust what needs adjusting, but to answer all of my questions and provide me with exercises and stretches to do on my own in order to facilitate healing. Everyone in the office is very helpful. I appreciate the professional, friendly, and fun atmosphere.

I am so glad that I have found Dr. Ben! I am a 57-year-old woman with back pain, and I have never visited a chiropractor before. My experience with Dr. Ben and his staff has me really liking chiropractic. I am not only experiencing relief with the pain (it has taken a few visits), but I've unexpectedly found that I have regained some flexibility, which feels great. Dr. Ben is knowledgeable and friendly. He definitely put me at ease. He has explained everything in great detail. He is not pushy at all, meaning that he doesn't load me down with services or products to buy. I've seen him five times and had two massages; I think that I am actually healing, as opposed to taking pain meds and just managing. I also enjoy the fact that there is virtually no wait time. Office clean, well decorated and welcoming. I am making the drive from my home in Littleton to his office in Arvada, which is a half hour trip; it's worth it.

I'm so relieved! Dr. Ben listened to me and asked lots of questions. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but he was extremely careful. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world.

Dr. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I feel like I'm going to see a friend when I have an appointment, and that is true of Heather as well. They are very honest, trustworthy people and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Ben to anyone in need of chiropractic treatment. One of the things I particularly like about Dr. Ben is the fact that he is very much UNLIKE some of the other chiropractic offices that try to get you to come back 3 times a week, or even weekly. He is not at all 'pushy', and more-or-less lets you decide when you need to be seen (unless of course there are major issues). When my sister and I encountered just such a chiropractor, we went to see Dr. Ben for advice and he was able to explain the marketing behind such a business. He was careful not to put down that type of business, but explained it very clearly. Dr. Ben is a great guy and 'knows his stuff'! I always feel so much better after leaving his office. I feel he listens fully to what is the problem, and addresses it promptly. A very caring man. I highly recommend Dr. Ben, Heather, and the Naturally Chiropractic & Wellness Center. Thank you!

Printed with permission: "Dr. Ben is my hero! Here's why. About 3 years ago I was 81 years old and had a very painful sore neck, trouble sleeping and miserable all day. I had gone to my family doctor, another chiropractor, physical therapy, a pain doctor - who required a CT - and even acupuncture. Twenty-some visits at considerable cost.
Then I went to Dr. Ben. After my sad story and a desperate plea for help, he said: 'John, you need to ice that neck'. He told me how...I did that, and a few extra [visits] over the following days, and I've been pain free and active for over a year. I was like a miracle to me.
Believe me, Dr. Ben is my hero".
