Waited five days for an appointment for a tooth extraction. After two hours in chair Dr. Keyes would not extract the tooth, referred me to another dentist an hour travel time away, and charged $200 for X-rays.

Two and one half hours just to file down one tooth!!
Then, charged me $197!!
All he tried to do for all that time was sell, sell, sell!!?

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.
