They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I couldn't wait to go to class, because I knew I was always going to learn something new. They gave us so much variety, and I learned more than I've ever learned anywhere else. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Before Bonnie Pronsky, my exposure to other yoga instructors is slim. So, even thought I thought she was absolutely terrific, I knew my opinion was of limited value. But then my daughter came with me to a class. She took yoga in college and at several different places over the last five or six years. She thinks that Bonnie is an exceptional instructor. So much so, that two or three times a month, she drives over an hour to come to her class, even though there are several other options available to her within a one mile radius.

I leave every class feeling challenged, relaxed and uplifted. She takes such joy in yoga and in life, you can't help but to share it with her.

I strongly recommend her.

I have taken Yoga with Bonnie for several years and being a senior, I have some concern with arthritis so I was worried when I first started. I find Bonnie very knowledgeable about the body and yoga poses. She enters the poses slowly and with deliberation taking into account that while she is flexible others may not be; therefore, the practice is really about what the client can do with the pose both decribed and shown by Bonnie. She encourages and does not push. Bonnie cares about her clients. About my improvemnt: My doctor has said that he does not know what I am doing but keep it up.
