Great results with exercises she gave me and massage from her. My knees and hips are way better. Saved me from having knee surgery...... I hope for many years. I highly recommend her.

Lauren Bailey is incredible, and not just because of how much better I feel physically after my appointments, but emotionally she is so supportive. She really listens to what is going on with your overall health and wellness, and offers great advice. She is extremely knowledgeable and treatments are very effective. I only wish I found her years ago!

Lauren's expertise goes far beyond a regular massage therapist. Her training and experience in Rolfing, Egoscue and Pilates make her a fantastic resource for anyone with an injury or problem that just won't go away. I, myself, am a massage therapist and when I was in a car accident, she treated me and trained me in self exercises, which gave me relief right away and continues to give me relief to this day.
