Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I suffer from cluster headaches. I walked in to make an appointment since they would not renew my prescription without an appointment. It was 2:30pm and they could not schedule. I asked for a sample of my prescription (Imitrex) and they claimed to have none. I asked them to write a presciption today and that I would follow-up with appt next day. Nope. I have suffered with cluster headaches for last 2 days (cycle) and they were unwilling to help. At all. The receptionist suggested I used Extra strenght Excedrin?? For a cluster headache?? I ended up going next door to Urgent Care and they wrote me a presciption within 2 minutes. I would never recommend Dr. Lipson's practice to anyone.
