I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and made me feel as if I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it further. I ended up going to another doctor and finding out I had a serious problem that needed attention. Where as, I was only dismissed as needing to not be so stressed out and lose a few pounds. I am fully aware that Dr.'s are only human and make mistakes, however, I don't have much confidence in his professional opinion anymore.
