When I arrived for my appointment the staff seemed to be waiting for me and I didn't have to wait at all. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The staff was able to answer every single question I had. It was clear that everyone was trained in the methodology of acupuncture, even if they would not be performing the treatments. They truly go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at tons of places, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
