They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
