The first/last time i went here it was pretty unprofessional but i wasn't trying to judge being that it is the only braiding shop in all of norwalk, but after getting my hair done they weren't very responsive to my questions or request and my hair was supper itchy for many many days. Yes, they did my hair very well and with some braid spray later on i was fine. Although they often had a attitude towards me for making any type of sound even though this is america and I'm already aggravated for sitting in a chair for more than 5 hours. So its a tough choice when coming here. If u can deal with bad customer service and good hair so be it .. thats on you.

They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. You couldn’t pay me enough to go back there. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any salon in my entire life. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. My stylist didn't make an effort to keep hair off of me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.

My appt. was scheduled for 1, they did not start my hair until 2:30. I politely asked if one of the employee could be more gentle on my hair. The owner over heard and began to yell at me for having an attitude (which I had every right considering the late start) and asked I go elsewhere. That was fine but I was not going to pay and I reprimanded her about her customer service. She threw my things out and forced me to leave. I went to this salon after reading such great reviews on this website, but after such a scene I would not recommended this place to enemies. The owner was completely out of line.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
