I have been going to the Garden Plaza for pizza for a few years. I saw that the hair salon had changed names and decided to check it out. I ran into the new owner Michelle. She explained that she had taken over a few moths ago and redid the store. I ended up calling back a few weeks later and setting an appointment. I have used Cost Cutters in the past which is ok. When she was done with my hair cut I must say it looked different from what I normally get but I liked it. I don't normally look to much at my hair style. The thing that told me that it was a really good hair cut was the next day. I never get compliments on my hair cuts and I got a few all week!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with Hair Xperience! Hair Xperience styled my hair exactly how I asked. I went out right after and got so many compliments. The chairs in this provider's waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Hair Xperience always has an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Hair Xperience's staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
