I think that reviews, whether good or bad help the better functioning of any business.
A bad review can turn out to be very helpful to help for a business to be able to improve considering that only happy customers will return. But we shouldn't concentrate only in giving a bad review when we are unsatisfied. Good reviews are also important, because they keep the employees motivated to continue doing a good job.
For that I want to give my 5 star review. Thanks for your outstanding customer service, and although I think that you could work a little on your return policy, overall I am a satisfied customer, and I will come back.
