Felt like she wasnt really listening. Told her to cut an inch off bottom. She said she did but it didnt look like wanted more cut off & she didnt do.You could tell she didnt want to recut it. But also had her cut my daughters hair first & she had very long hair only wanted 5 inches cut off & she cut 10-12 inches because my 13 yr daughter said she wanted it shorter even though I said no.

The stylist (and I use that term loosely) cut my hair uneven & I had to pay to have it re-cut somewhere else. I'm also out the $3 tip I gave her. I found the salon to be unprofessional & I will not be returning.
