i went to this salon to do my eyebrows, there was only one employee available and she was too busy, she said for me to wait until she was finish doing the other girls nails and pedicure.. really bad customer service, not only that, when she was putting wax on my eyebrow she was talking about her personal life how bad it was and when she finished i noticed she had burned me on right below my eyebrow... THIS PLACE SHOULD CONSIDER WHO THEY HIRE!!!!!!! The employees are giving them a bad reputation

Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. While I was there, they kept telling me that I should buy a bunch of products that I didn't want. I wish they would have just left me alone and respected the fact that I didn't want to buy anything. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.

THEY DO NOT HAVE A GUARANTEE POLICY. I HAD A HAIR COLOR WHICH TURNED 2 LEVELS TOO DARK. OWNER WOULD NOT ENTERTAIN IDEA OF REDOING COLOR. INSTEAD HE RECOMMENDED I LET COLOR WASHOUT TO EXPOSE THE HIGHLIGHTS I CAME IN WITH, WHICH HAD BEEN DONE IN HIS PARENT SALON ON 1ST STREET 2-1/2 WEEKS AGO!!!

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
