The woman doing my hair was late, was rude and talked bad about the owner to the other employees while doing my hair. Maybe the cut would have been better if she paid attention to what she was doing.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Would not recommend Visual FX to anyone, especially those who live out of town. Had some feathers put in during CFD 2011, was told if they came out, come back and would fix. I did go back, no one was there, contacted and left a message on machine-no one called back. Owner, Ann very sarcastic about wanting MY $5 back. Had excuse after excuse!! Poor customer service, especially from owner for $5!
