Tommy was/is AMAZING. I've been looking for someone in Roanoke who could actually cut hair since moving here 6 yrs ago ...and I FINALLY found him! I had an appt scheduled for TODAY after work ...called to see if they could also fit a friend in around the same time. The lady the answered the phone VERY RUDELY told me "Tommy doesn't work here anymore". When I told her I had an appt scheduled for tonight and was wondering why no one let me know, she became VERY belligerent and told me that was impossible "since he hasn't been here in over two months". She didn't want to hear that I had a receipt in my pocket from exactly ONE month ago. She then informed me that "anyone here could cut your hair" HA!! No one there even looks like they could comb hair, must less cut it. I'm holding out for Tommy ...wherever he may have gone :/

My hair is ruined! Tommy was to dye my hair to cover the grey's and put some highlight's in. My hair color was a 6 to 7. My appt. was at 2:30 and he didn't finish till almost 6:30! 4 hours to color my hair? Now my hair is two different colors from 3 to maybe a 5 (Not including the highlights) You can still see some grey's! When I left the back of my shirt was soaked (from him washing my hair twice) and hair was still wet. I went straight home..good thing because there was still dye left in the back of my hair, and black streaks on my face! This was the most horrifying experience I have ever encountered! I will never go there again and highly recommend no one go to tommy to do any thing to their hair! I now waisted $80 dollars and has damaged horrible looking hair!

I would never visit them again. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. went in for a trim. TRIM. left with choppy cuts all over the back of my hair. if you have long hair and want to keep it, go somewhere else. they dont know what a trim is and now my hair is RUINED.Breanna powell ruined my hair.
